They use the term “hidden headhunter” – but are not really happy with it – to describe the application; considering the fact that the NCAA is actively eliminating pejorative nicknames in sports, they may want to consider a new tagline…
The tool really is a cool way to connect to the passive recruiters in one’s networks, you know, the opinion leaders who can spread goodwill – and good words – about a company.
