Not sure how it happened, by this blog is up for Recruiting.com’s Best Blog Awards in the Best Recruiting Advice Blog category against such luminaries as John Sumser, Microchick Gretchen, and Tiffany’s Magic Pot of Jobs.
I think the nomination occured because someone doesn’t want to wind up as a character on Desperate Sourcers…
