Social networks like Linked-In, MySpace and Facebook, are popping up everywhere. They are significantly changing the way companies source candidates and how candidates find out about opportunities in the marketplace. One major change is the way candidates learn the inside story about a company’s culture and what it might be like to work for a potential employer.
